From the registration page <em>congress registration and payment<\/em>,\r\n          From the Paper Submission page <em>notification procedures<\/em> It is done.\r\n        <\/li>\r\n        <li>\r\n          All evaluation process related to the papers belongs to the participants\/students.\r\n          using e-mail and password <strong>Abstract Submission System<\/strong>\r\n          can be followed through.\r\n        <\/li>\r\n        <li>\r\n          Submissions will be accepted after the referee evaluation process.\r\n          <strong>Acceptance<\/strong> or <strong>ret<\/strong> will be notified to the authors;\r\n          when necessary <strong>Correction<\/strong> will be requested.\r\n        <\/li>\r\n        <li>\r\n          The scientific committee of the congress will also act as a referee.\r\n          Proceedings <strong>double blind refereeing<\/strong> (blind review) process.\r\n        <\/li>\r\n      <\/ul>\r\n    <\/div>\r\n\r\n    <h2 class=\"band\">Paper Writing Rules<\/h2>\r\n    <div class=\"callout\">\r\n      <ul>\r\n        <li>The title of the paper should be capitalised, <strong>thick<\/strong> and <strong>centred<\/strong> should be written (except abbreviations).<\/li>\r\n        <li>Authors <strong>academic titles should not be used<\/strong>.<\/li>\r\n        <li>Author names and surnames in the study <strong>according to their order<\/strong> should be written.<\/li>\r\n        <li>Authors work in <strong>institution names and addresses<\/strong> must be specified.<\/li>\r\n        <li>A participant may not be more than <strong>2 (two)<\/strong> can send a paper.<\/li>\r\n        <li>Proceedings <strong>research, review, case report<\/strong> can be in the form of.<\/li>\r\n        <li>\r\n          <strong>Structured research summary<\/strong> should be:\r\n          <em>Objective, Method, Results, Conclusion<\/em> and <em>Keywords<\/em>.\r\n        <\/li>\r\n        <li>If abbreviations are used, full name <strong>in brackets<\/strong> must be given.<\/li>\r\n        <li>Excluding title, authors and institutions <strong>abstract maximum 500 words<\/strong> should be.<\/li>\r\n        <li>Key words <strong>TBT<\/strong>\u2019in compliance, <strong>3-5<\/strong> must be in quantity.<\/li>\r\n        <li>Scientific and legal responsibility <strong>belongs to the authors<\/strong>.<\/li>\r\n      <\/ul>\r\n    <\/div>\r\n\r\n    <h2 class=\"band\">Feedback<\/h2>\r\n    <div class=\"callout\">\r\n      <p>\r\n        Submitted abstracts <strong>online system<\/strong> will be evaluated on\r\n        and the results will be notified by e-mail. Scientific Events.<\/p><p>In this context;<\/p><ol><li><strong>Peer-reviewed event (Article 10):<\/strong><br \/>Our conference employs a double-blind peer review process.
