Writing Rules

• Abstract Submission Deadline: 31.07.2026
• At the conference, only abstract text paper Applications are being accepted.
• Abstracts to be sent to the congress as oral or poster, Abstract Submission System online using English or Turkish must be sent.
• Apart from the Proceedings Submission System in writing, by e-mail, fax and other methods papers to be sent will not be accepted.
• In order for the accepted abstract to be included in the congress book registration of the presenting author to the congress is compulsory. Participant/student submitting the paper create an account must be loaded.

• All evaluation process related to the papers belongs to the participants/students. using e-mail and password Abstract Submission System can be followed through.
• Submissions will be accepted after the referee evaluation process. Acceptance or ret will be notified to the authors; when necessary Correction will be requested.
• The scientific committee of the congress will also act as a referee. Proceedings double blind refereeing (blind review) process.

• The title of the paper should be capitalised, thick and centred should be written (except abbreviations).
• Authors academic titles should not be used.
• Author names and surnames in the study according to their order should be written.
• Authors work in institution names and addresses must be specified.
• A participant may not be more than 2 (two) can send a paper.
• Proceedings research, review, case report can be in the form of.
• Structured research summary should be: Objective, Method, Results, Conclusion and Keywords.
• If abbreviations are used, full name in brackets must be given.
• Excluding title, authors and institutions abstract maximum 500 words should be.
• Key words TBT’in compliance, 3-5 must be in quantity.
• Scientific and legal responsibility belongs to the authors.

Submitted abstracts online system will be evaluated on and the results will be notified by e-mail. Accepted papers at the congress not offered in the case of no refund.

• Oral presentations Turkish or English It can be done.
• Presentation duration is a maximum of 5 minutes.
• Presentations, from the time at least 2 hours ago must be loaded into the control room.

• Posters notified time and place will be exhibited.
• Posters Readable from 2 metres, graphic should be predominant.
• Size: 70 × 90 cm (vertical).
• Poster title in capital letters should be written.
• Research posters Objective, Method, Results, Conclusion headings should be used.

Selected from the oral presentations 3 presentations prizes will be awarded. Prizes at closing will be announced.

Writing and refereeing processes of the relevant journals will be evaluated within the framework.
