  • Early registration deadline is 15 May 2026.
  • In order to benefit from advantageous registration fees, you can first complete your registration process and upload your declaration to the system later.
  • Registration fees include VAT.
  • Student enrolment for a valid student certificate must be submitted.
  • Congress registration fee; Participation in the scientific programme, congress materials, certificate of attendance, online proceedings book, lunches and coffee breaks are included.
  • In order for the papers accepted by the scientific committee for oral or poster presentation to be included in the programme, the registration fee must be paid.
  • Scientific programme of the congress listener as a listener (without presenting a paper). In order to participate as a listener, it is necessary to register from the registration system.
  • Participants who are other authors will be issued a certificate if they pay the registration fee. You can complete your other author registration via the registration system.

Registration Cancellation and Change Conditions

  • Cancellation requests must be notified to ATLAX in writing.
  • of the payment can be refunded for cancellation applications to be made until 24 April 2026.
  • After 24 April 2026, cancellation and refund requests are not processed.
  • All refunds are made after the congress.

Invoices and Documents

  • You can submit your invoice requests through the system during the congress registration.
  • Participation certificates will be shared online via the system.

  • 6th International 7th National Postnatal Care Congress It meets the criteria set out in Articles 10, 11, 12 and 13 of the application requirements for the TÜBİTAK 2224-B Programme for Supporting Participation in Domestic Scientific Events.

    In this context;

    1. Peer-reviewed event (Article 10):
      Our conference employs a double-blind peer review process. All submitted papers are evaluated by expert referees in their respective fields in accordance with scientific criteria.
    2. Held for at least the third time (Article 11):
      6th International 7th National Postnatal Care Congress, is an international conference held on a regular basis.
    3. Regulatory Board Comprising Various Institutions (Article 12):
      The conference organising and scientific committee comprises academics from at least three different universities and/or public research institutions and is structured in accordance with the principles of interdisciplinary and institutional diversity.
    4. Up-to-date and Active Website (Article 13):
      Our Conference: All the latest information regarding the conference, including the scientific programme, committees, application procedures and announcements, is available on the official website.
